Alien Dark operator docs

PR-0249: this kit is AngularJS with a DreamHost PHP store (store.php → data/kit-db.json) and an ember / amber / charcoal chassis. Transfer how-to lives on setup.html.

Phases

0 shipped — AngularJS home, PHP store, ember restyle, snapshot, reports analytics, dest /kits/angular/aliendark/.

1 Operator smoke (now) — export / import A→B, reports meters, theme backup, Approve PR-0249.

2 Transfer pack — keep .mct + theme JSON; dest reports match source.

3 Theme restore — Backup theme / Restore theme on dest.

4 Store hardening — PHP file stays writable; refresh snapshot only on request.

5 Later kits — other themes stay vanilla until you name the next framework.
