Mission Blue operator docs

PR-0251: Export is a wizard on Manage account — project first, then all data or my dates. Import / Backup / Migrate stay full-package. Firestore is namespaced to mct_kits/mission-blue. How-to: setup.html.

Phases

0 shipped — React home, Firebase login, Manage account TRANSPORT PACK, dest /kits/react/mission-blue/, snapshot.

1 Operator smoke (now) — sign in, export / import A→B from account pages, reports meters, Approve PR-0249.

2 Transfer pack — dest reports match source after import + ACK.

3 Theme restore — Alien Dark owns Backup theme / Restore theme this slice.

4 Store hardening — optional Firestore rules in docs/firestore-mct-kits.rules.

5 Later kits — remaining themes stay vanilla until you name the next framework.

Operator next steps

Follow setup.html → Operator now, then Approve or fail PR-0249.
